This is a fi xed cable solution suitable for installation within a CAT5e or CAT6 structured cabling environment.
This solution allows the benefi t of an ‘interfaced billing’ platform to reservations and Property Management Systems such as Callista, Fidelio, RHS, Hirum and RMS etc.
‘Interfaced Billing’ allows the Guest to select a pricing plan and connect to the internet without having to contact management for a username and password. Charges appear on the guest account with all other guest charges. Wireless ‘Zero Confi guration’ access points can be supplied for smart phones, PDA’s or guests with no network port on their notebook.
Wireless Network
This is a wireless solution suitable for installation within a site without existing structured cabling.
This solution allows for the cost effective deployment of wireless equipment (Wifi ).
The 3 button printer allows management to create simple usernames and passwords for guests based on hourly, daily or weekly charge rates set by the motel operator.
Wireless ‘Zero Confi guration’ Bridges can be supplied for the use of guests who do not have Wifi built into their laptop.

Guest and System Support.
A fully supported helpdesk allows the Motel operator to focus on the running of the Motel and hand off any support queries to Vistagate 24x7. Vistagate offer a Fixed price for 0800 support for guests OR 0900 support option on a user pays basis.
A single bill that includes Internet services.
Vistagate provides a direct Interface Billing to existing Property Management/Reservations Systems for the Vistagate fixed wire solution. Guests can log on and the charges will be posted automatically to the guests account for single billing. Guests do not need to contact reception for a username and password. You do not need to be there to allow guests to connect, and simple instructions are provided within the room.
Internet Service independent.
A Motel can choose the bandwidth and costs that are most suitable for them, ensuring that they are in control of the performance. You can even use your existing Internet connection.

The system provides a fully secure operating environment with VPN (Virtual Private Network) pass through of traffic. SSL certification, Layer 2 Isolation VLAN Security on the Cabled solution. A secure environment for your users.
Marketing Material and Instructions.
Vistagate can provide tent cards in the rooms with simple connection instructions. Stickers are provided at the jack point to indicate the connection point. Leaflets are available for reception and general marketing material indicating your site is part of a nationwide network of Vistagate sites. This material can all be customised to reflect your business brand image
Zero Configuration.
The users do not have to make any changes. System support for static IP addresses, proxy server, external email redirection etc.

As part of the proposal we will supply and install the equipment needed to complete the installation and discuss with you any network or electrical infrastructure required. This work can either be completed by us or you may wish to use your regular contractor.
