The Ultra solution is suited to larger premises, generally over 50 rooms, where interfaced and traffic orientated billing systems are required. The Ultra solution supports fixed cable, wireless and mixed network environments, providing for a more customisable solution depending on the clients requirements.

 

Similar to the Link solution, Ultra enables guests connecting to the in-room network cable, to simply select a pricing plan and connect to the internet, with the charges appearing on their bill. The wireless solution requires the guest to contact the front desk for a username and password. These are easily created by the premise by using the Vistagate administration pages.

As well as setting charges on an hourly, daily or weekly basis, management can also set limits on traffic and then a cost on traffic once the limit has been reached. The Ultra solution provides for a prepay-long stay solution, such as required in student accommodation or apartment scenarios. This solution is available for both fixed cable and wireless options, allowing the guest to create their own username and password, and topping up their account with their credit card or through the purchase of tokens, which are generally available from reception. This prepay option provides for weekly (7 day) plans with a base traffic account. When the traffic or time limit has been reached, the connection will expire and the guest required to top-up the account before using again.

Vistagate can provide tent cards in rooms with simple connection instructions. Stickers are provided at the jack point to indicate the connection point. Customised leaflets and general marketing material, reflecting your business and brand image, are available for promotion at reception and other key locations.
